Subscription Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries every 30, 60 or 90 days - based on the subscription duration and frequency you select when you place your original order.
You can manage your subscription inside our customer portal. Your order confirmation emails also have links to our portal which can be used to pause, skip, cancel and reactivate subscriptions.
Your subscription will automatically continue to renew, unless you choose to cancel. You may choose to cancel at any time after the initial minimal term shown on the product page. Subscriptions price may be subject to change.
You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature, unless you cancel your subscription a minimum of 48 hours before your upcoming renewal commencement date.
Following the initial minimum term, if you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so by emailing support@purolabs.com or using our customer portal, at least 48 hours before your next order renewal.
You agree that we may terminate or suspend your subscription for any reason at any time, for reasons at our sole discretion.
