DELIVERY

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

While the majority of orders sent via USPS (US Domestic - Regular) arrive within 1-4business daysdays andUSPS (US Domestic - Express) within 1-3 business days under normal circumstances, please be aware that external factors may affect delivery times. These factors include the shipping carrier's service, weather conditions, holidays, or peak shopping seasons, over which we have limited control.

Please allow 5 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive before enquiring about your delivery.

How long will it take to dispatch?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders that contain more than 10 items might take 3-10 business days to fulfill. If an order is placed on a weekend, it will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us when your order has been sent. 

How do I know my order has shipped?

We'll send you a confirmation email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we are only able to dispatch orders to the United States and United Kingdom at this time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes shipping is always free for all orders - regardless of size.

Can I track my order?

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the order tracking code. Also, you can check the tracking code by pasting it on the USPS website https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input

What payment methods do you accept?

All the major ones: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most US debit cards.

You can also pay using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.

Is it safe to order through your site?

Yes all transactions processed on our website are safe, we never store card details & your personal data is kept 100% secure at all times.

Can I cancel/amend my order?

Please contact customer services ASAP if you have made a mistake during the ordering process or wish to cancel your order before it is shipped.

Please note that we can only amend orders that haven't been processed for dispatch so please reach out to us as soon as possible!

Do you offer a discount for new customers?

Yes. First time customers get 10% off their order.

Sign up using the email box in the pop-up or the footer at the bottom of the website.

Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately we are only able to accept orders through our website at this time.

Are your products natural?

Yes. Our two directors come from a background in health & wellness and always prioritise the cleanliness of ingredients above everything else in the formulation process.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in the United States to the GMP code of conduct.

We source only the highest quality global ingredients for our products and we are continually updating our product range to ensure that only the highest quality ingredients make it into our products.

What are your capsules made from?

We use natural plant fibre capsules which are vegan-friendly.

Are your products suitable for children?

Unfortunately, our products are formulated for adults aged 18+.

Do you test products on animals?

Absolutely not! We love all furry creatures all of our products are cruelty-free.

We never test on animals & we don't work with any manufacturing partners who do also.

Are your products non-GMO?

Yes all products are free from genetic modification & do not contain any ingredients derived from GMOs.

What are GMP standards?

Good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards are a strict code of conduct that manufacturers adhere to when manufacturing food supplements.

They state that products must:

- Be of consistent high quality

- Be appropriate to their intended use

- Meet the requirements of the marketing authorisation (MA) or product specification.

Can I buy your products in a shop?

Our products are only sold on this website and on Amazon UK at this currently time so the only place you can buy them is right here.

What is your returns policy?

At this time, Puro Labs Inc does not offer the possibility to return a product.
